Building on the "Love is an Adventure" theme from Disney's Annual Pin Trading Event being held at Epcot on August 25 & 26, we're bringing together the pin community to keep the Love going with a full day of Pin Trading at the Holiday Inn - Disney Springs from 8am-4pm on Sunday, August 27th, 2017. In addition to lots of local, national, and international pin traders, we're going to be having hourly raffle drawings, games, snacks, and more. Our event sponsors will have loads of Pins and Disney Collectibles for trade and sale.

This massive Pin Trading Event is being put on by the Disney Pin Collectors' Society, Disney King Pins, Disney Pins Blog, and MousePinTrading.com to help promote ethical, honest, and fair Pin Trading Around the World. ALL Pin Traders are welcome whether you are in any of these groups, or not; and is totally separate and not affiliated with Disney's event in any way.

Trading Tables MUST BE RESERVED IN ADVANCE and are $50 (Early-Bird Discount to $40 if booked BEFORE July 31st);
They include a 6 foot trading table (with 2 chairs), Entrance to the event for 1 Adult, 2 Raffle Tickets for our Hourly Raffles, 1 Ticket for our Grand Prize Drawing, Wristband for Morning & Afternoon Snacks, and some awesome Pin Trading.

Additional Adults sharing the same table are $25 (Early-Bird Discount to $20 if booked BEFORE July 31st);

As with all of our events, children under 16 are free, but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Tickets for this First Annual Event will go on sale on Wednesday, May 3rd and table reservations will be on a first paid basis, we will do our best to accommodate specific table requests but can't guarantee your exact table location.

More details on the snacks will be announced as the event gets closer, but will most likely be Iced Tea, Lemonade, Cookies, Fruit, etc. We will also have a boxed lunch available for pre-order ONLY for $25 that will include a Sandwich/Wrap, Chips, Cookie, & Beverage, an order form will be posted a couple of weeks before the event. Due to the hotel's policy, there will be no outside food allowed in the ballrooms, the hotel's pool-side bar is the only location on-property that will be selling food that day.

The Event Sponsors are the ONLY people allowed to sell at this event.

Fantasy Pins are welcome at the event for trading (or sale by our sponsors), but MUST be clearly identified as Fantasy Pin and Non-Tradeable in the Parks.
